Privacy policy
The short version: we collect what we need to answer you and do the work, and nothing else.
What we collect
When you use the contact form we collect your name, work email, company and the workflow you describe. When you browse the site we collect anonymous usage data, such as pages viewed and referring sites, to understand what is useful.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your request, schedule calls and scope work. We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking first.
Client systems and data
During an engagement we only access the tools and data you grant us. Code, prompts and data stay in your accounts, and access is removed when the engagement ends.
Service providers
We rely on a small set of providers for hosting, analytics, email and scheduling. Each one processes data only on our instructions and under their own security commitments.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months so we can pick up a conversation where it left off. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email us and we will reply within 30 days.
