In short
A knowledge assistant reads new matters against past case files and routes each one to the right partner, with cited sources.
The problem
Every new inquiry bounced between associates before landing with the right partner. Context was buried in years of case files nobody had time to search.
What we built
A private knowledge assistant over Kestrel’s archive. It summarizes each new matter, surfaces similar past cases with citations, and suggests an owner in Slack.
The result
Triage now happens once, on arrival. Partners see the brief, the precedent and the recommendation in one message.
