Designing the hand-off

We decide in advance which cases go to a person: high value, low confidence, or anything new. The agent attaches its reasoning, so the reviewer starts from context instead of from zero.

Why it builds trust

Teams adopt automation faster when they can see what it did and step in easily. The hand-off is the feature that makes the rest of the system believable.
