Before we write a line of code, we run the same short audit with every client. It saves weeks, and sometimes it saves the whole budget.

The five questions

How often does this happen? Who does it now? What does a good result look like? What breaks if it goes wrong? Where does the data live? The answers tell us whether to build, buy, or leave it alone.

When we say no

If the task happens twice a month, or the data lives in someone’s head, automation will cost more than it saves. We would rather tell you that on day one.
